The STEM EXPO 2023 event is organized by the STEMAR company as the concluding event of the STEMAR project-based learning pilot program implemented in the Tavush region.
2023 since January, in four schools of Tavush region: Ijevan Academy, Getahovit, Achajur and N5 secondary schools in Dilijan, the STEMAR project-based learning program developed for public schools has been implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Culture and the KZNAK Foundation. Under the guidance of STEMAR-trained STEM teachers, students actively engaged in experiential and problem-based learning, using their knowledge to create a real product of school and community significance.
The purpose of the STEM EXPO 2023 event is not only to unite students working on science and engineering projects in different schools, creating a platform for project discussion, but also to create an opportunity to communicate with professionals in the field, encouraging youth interest in the STEM field.
The organization of the event is based on the vision of the continuation of inter-school STEM Expo exhibitions and student panel discussions in a suitable environment within the framework of general education.
