The project was commissioned by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) of the Federal Republic of Germany and is implemented by the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ) within the framework of the “Economic and Social Involvement of Displaced and Local Vulnerable Groups in the South Caucasus” (EPIC) project.
