
ServiceTitan and AUA: Industry-Academia Collaboration for Driving Innovation and Transforming Lives in Armenia
About the Event:
The event, titled “ServiceTitan and AUA: Industry-Academia Collaboration for Driving Innovation and Transforming Lives in Armenia,” will be hosted by ACSE in collaboration with OSP&TT on February 17 at 4:00 p.m., in the 233W Conference Room, PAB, AUA.
Over the last couple of years, AUA has developed close collaboration with ServiceTitan. University faculty, Dr. Habet Madoyan and Aram Butavyan led several research projects on sales automation that are supported by ServiceTitan. During this event, the project team will present the history of collaboration and the major findings of research projects. Hosting an invited guest from ServiceTitan will also provide an excellent opportunity to discuss potential new avenues for collaboration.
About the Speaker:
Aram Butavyan is a lecturer at ACSE with expertise in machine learning and data-driven decision-making. His research focuses on applying machine learning and deep learning methods to problems in natural language processing, computer vision, and data-driven decision-making.
Dr. Habet Madoyan is an assistant professor and chair of the B.S. in Data Science program at ACSE, specializing in machine learning, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
The event will also feature a special guest from ServiceTitan, AUA alumnus and an experienced data scientist, Arman Zakaryan (MSCIS ’20, BSCS ’18), who serves as director of AI Engineering at ServiceTitan Armenia.
