GDG Yerevan, in collaboration with ARDY Technological Academy, is hosting a hands-on workshop on NgRx for Angular on August 17th at Woods Center.
This workshop is designed for those who have experience with Angular but are new to NgRx. Join us for a hands-on, practical training session where you’ll learn how to manage state in your Angular applications effectively.
What You’ll Learn:
- What NgRx is: NgRx is a set of reactive libraries for Angular that leverage the power of RxJS. It provides a framework for managing state and side effects in a consistent and predictable way. By adopting the Redux pattern, NgRx helps maintain a single source of truth for your application state, making it easier to develop, test, and debug your applications.
- Why It Is Useful: NgRx offers several advantages for Angular applications:
-
- Predictable State Management: With a unidirectional data flow and a single source of truth, NgRx makes state management predictable and easier to debug.
- Enhanced Debugging and Tooling: Tools like NgRx DevTools allow developers to inspect and manipulate the state, time-travel debug, and replay actions, greatly improving the development experience.
- Scalability: As applications grow, managing state becomes complex. NgRx provides a scalable solution by organizing state and logic in a maintainable way.
- Reactive Programming: Leveraging the power of RxJS, NgRx enables reactive programming, allowing developers to handle asynchronous operations with ease.
- Practical Training: Engage in hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios to solidify your understanding and skills. This workshop focuses on practical applications, ensuring you can apply what you learn directly in a project.
- Group Work: Collaborate in groups to solve challenges and build a project, enhancing your learning experience through teamwork. Working in groups allows you to learn from others, share knowledge, and tackle more complex problems together.
Course duration: 2.5 hours (12:00 – 14:30)
