About the Course
The goal of this course is to teach participants how to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) across the full business analysis workflow — from market research to MVP development.

During the course, participants will explore modern AI tools and learn how to apply BABOK-aligned techniques to effectively conduct research, define requirements, model processes, and develop business solutions.

The course is built on a hands-on approach. Participants will work with real examples and their own ideas, finishing the course with a ready MVP concept.

The training is delivered by an experienced industry professional, Yervand Malkhasyan, who holds an international CBAP certification.
