With over 25 years as a servant leader, Al has built and exited multiple startups — including Integrien (acquired by VMWare) and IconApps (acquired by Science Inc.) — and now leads innovations in crop health and intelligence at IntelinAir.
Al believes that human potential is infinite. In his talk, he will share lessons from his entrepreneurial journey and explore how AI is not replacing creativity but amplifying it — pushing us into a profound and exponential growth curve.
