Built on the independent, evidence-only research series “Lead AI. Responsibly.”, the session covers how organisations that embed AI as a governed architectural accelerator will outperform their peers by an order of magnitude; and why those that adopt it without intent will compound their exposure. The curriculum addresses the full picture; from confirmed threat landscapes and internal attack surfaces invisible to most organisations, to workforce leadership, regulatory obligations and operational security controls built for the AI era.
